When training an athlete to perform better, our first goal is to make sure you have a strong foundation that will allow you to progress athletically and prevent injury.
Through resistance training, including body weight and weight training, along with mobility and flexibility training, we will build a strong, stable foundation that greatly reduces injury and will allow you to further build speed, quickness, agility, and explosive power needed in your sport.
Before beginning our work on your goals, a movement assessment will be performed to identify a starting point and any risk factors that need to be addressed prior to training.
Program Design will be tailored to each athlete based on age, sport, medical/injury history and specific goals.
Athletes of all ages and sports are welcomed.
Getting involved in a personal training program is a great option if you’re struggling with your exercise routine. If you don’t know what to do or how to start, need something different than what you’re currently doing, or need someone to hold you accountable to your program, meeting with a trainer will give you the guidance and direction towards achieving your goals.
Based on your individual goals, whether that would be weight loss, strength and muscle gain, improving endurance, or injury rehab, the proper training program will set you up for success.
Choose the option that works best for you:
To ensure that we move in the right direction with your program, we will start with a consultation to discuss your health history and follow that with a movement assessment to set a starting point and address any underlying risk factors to best assess your needs.
Restoring mobility and improving flexibility can make dramatic and positive changes in your everyday life. If you have had injuries that you feel like never healed properly, have finished physical therapy but not sure how to keep progressing forward with your rehab, or just looking to relieve pain and reduce your injury risk, personalized coaching is a great option.
A tight, restricted body requires extra energy to move, leaving you feeling chronically tired during the day. Hypermobility, or an overly loose body, can be a problem for you if you are in constant discomfort, as this increases risk of injury.
Tailored coaching specific to your needs at an appropriate pace can revitalize your physical and mental wellbeing and return you to the joy of being active.
