My name is Ron and Premier U Performance is my fitness training business that I thought about starting years ago but didn’t know how to start and therefore never got around to doing it. After I found out the gym I was working at was going to be closing in a few months, I decided it was time to run my own business. Branching off on my own has allowed me to focus more on training my clients and helping them reach their goals and less on sales and hitting budgets. My real passion is for training athletes, having been one myself, but I enjoy training anyone who is driven to achieve their goals and willing to work for it.
The last 20 years has taught me that achieving your fitness goal, much less any goal, is more mental than physical. If you have the right mindset, are disciplined and consistent, those make up 90 to 95% of the things you need to achieve your goal, which those are things you can control. I make up the other 5 to 10% by guiding you in the right direction.
